Walk-in || Senior Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution from planning to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Supervise site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project cost, BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and material requirements.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Lead site teams and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular management reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, construction planning, and site execution.
• Experience in contractor management, BOQ, billing, estimation, and cost control.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
