Job Description:
Techstack Academy is looking for a confident, professional, and well-presented female Senior Counsellor with excellent communication skills and a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries and counsel prospective students regarding courses.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain course details, fees, and available offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a professional and presentable personality.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and lead-conversion abilities.
• Experience in counselling, telecalling, or educational sales preferred.
• Target-oriented, confident, and motivated to achieve high sales.
