Role & responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding upGrad's educational programs.
- Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve and exceed admission and sales targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective learners.
- Manage the admission counselling process and drive conversions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and sales skills.
- Candidates with experience in Study Abroad Sales will have an added advantage.
