Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR follow-up with US insurance companies, ensuring timely reimbursement.
• Handle denial management, appeals, and resubmissions to reduce outstanding AR.
• Analyze claim rejections and underpayments; take corrective action per payer guidelines.
• Maintain strong understanding of RCM principles including claims processing and revenue cycle workflows.
• Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve complex claim issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in AR calling / medical billing in the US healthcare industry.
• Multi-speciality billing experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of insurance follow-up, denial management, and claims resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with US insurance representatives.
• Graduates / Undergraduates eligible.
