Walk-in || Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Accountant to manage day-today

accounting operations and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have

strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ITR filing, audit handling, and balance sheet

finalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling Income Tax Returns /Notices
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns,

reconciliation)

• Handling TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Assisting in tax assessments and responding to notices
• Preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
• Coordination and support during Internal and Statutory Audits
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining proper

documentation

• Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and accounting principles

• Experience in ITR filing and audit handling

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with CA firms or corporate accounting departments with

CA Inter Min Qualification

• Knowledge of ROC compliance (added advantage)
