Walk-in || Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts, including journals, ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliation, and trial balance.
• Handle project-wise accounting, including revenue, expenses, WIP, project costs, and profitability.
• Verify client bills, RA bills, running bills, final bills, and invoices as per contract terms.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor accounts, including bill verification, reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Monitor project costs related to materials, labour, plant & machinery, and other expenses.
• Prepare project-wise cost statements and analyze cost variances.
• Handle banking transactions and prepare regular bank reconciliation statements.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare GST/TDS data, returns, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly MIS, project profitability reports, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required schedules and documents.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost estimation, and financial planning.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, invoices, bills, tax documents, and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with project/site teams regarding accounting, billing, expenses, and financial matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager / Accounts Manager.
