Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Patna
Salary: 75,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Qualification: B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant having at least 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry

GST

• Preparation of monthly GST Returns including GSTR 3B and
• GSTR 1 and ITC reconciliation on regular basis.
• Review Input tax credit register on monthly basis to ensure eligible credits
• Invoicing in SAP module (all entries related to sale operation)
• Preparation of various reports & summary for Management Information Systems [MIS]
• Stock management report - Maintaining daily stock summary
• Daily maintenance of stock and distribution
• Maintenance and verification of payment status against all stock along with trade entries.
• Issuance of Delivery Order against all the payments made along with bill for the same

Direct Tax

• Internal Audit,
• Income Tax Returns,
• Reviewing Monthly TDS Payments and Returns
• Preparing Monthly Financials
• Co-ordination with Auditors regarding Financial Statements and providing Audit deliverables to them
• TDS Returns ,24Q ,26Q,27EQ
• TDS Calculation & Online TDS Deposit
• TDS Calculation- Rent, Contractor, Sub-Contractor &
• Professional, Commission, Interest on other than securities,
• Company and Non-Company Submission of Quarterly Return Filing.
• Generate Form16 Salary and Form16A Non Salary.
• Knowledge of Traces Portal Like pan error, Outstanding Interest; Demand & Notices Reply

Banking

• Bank Reconciliation
• Stock Statement Preparation
• Fund Management
• Forecasting & Budgeting
• Preparation Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft,
• Handle Bank for fund Management

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

*Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, experience in the construction sector is highly preferred
