Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment and sourcing skills, with exposure to Semiconductor/VLSI hiring preferred.

The recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating the recruitment process from sourcing through interview and submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and Semiconductor/VLSI job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Perform resume screening and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Work on technical requirements across:
• ASIC
• SoC
• RTL
• Design Verification
• DFT
• Physical Design
• Analog / Mixed Signal
• Memory
• FPGA
• Embedded
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing/submission targets.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment is preferred.
• Good understanding of technical terminology and job descriptions.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to perform Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing.
• Good resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.

Preferred Semiconductor / VLSI Knowledge

Candidates with recruitment experience in the following areas will be preferred:

ASIC | SoC | VLSI | RTL | Design Verification | SystemVerilog | UVM | Physical Design | DFT | ATPG | STA | Analog / Mixed Signal | Memory (SRAM/DRAM) | FPGA | Embedded | PCIe | DDR | Ethernet

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–5 years
• Education: Any graduate; Engineering/Technical background is an advantage
• Industry Exposure: IT Staffing / Semiconductor / VLSI recruitment
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication
• Work Style: Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and good at candidate engagement
• Comfortable working on multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant profiles.
