Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Work from Office])

Position: Customer Support Associate - Semi voice

Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Minimum typing speed requirement: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
• Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Candidates with Locomotor Disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & BenefitsFor Freshers

• Monthly CTC: 16,000
• Approximate In-hand Salary: 11,240

For Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

• Monthly CTC: 18,000
• Approximate In-hand Salary: 13,163

Additional Benefit

• Quarterly Performance Bonus: 3,192

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week with 1 rotational weekly off
• Total shift duration: 9 hours
• 8 hours of working time
• 1 hour break
• Immediate joining opportunity for selected candidates.
