Job Title: #Executive & #Senior Executive #Supply Chain

Location: #Gurugram 44

Compensation: 35k-40k NTH EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT MANAGER – 4-5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Planning & Execution - Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities. Ensure alignment between supply, inventory, and distribution plans. Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management - Support sourcing and procurement of materials/services.
3. Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Implement inventory control measures and ensure accuracy. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
4. Logistics & Distribution -Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
5. Data Analysis & MIS Reporting - Prepare MIS reports on supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover, order fulfillment, etc.).
6. Process Improvement - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate (MBA ) in Supply Chain/Operations with 3-6 Yrs of experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
