Walk-in || Security Operations Analyst - CCTV Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates to join as CCTV Operators. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, identifying security or operational issues, and ensuring timely reporting and action as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or operational issues.
• Escalate incidents to the concerned team or supervisor as per defined SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents and observations.
• Ensure continuous surveillance and report any CCTV system downtime or technical issues.
• Follow established security protocols and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Shift Timings

Rotational shifts:

• Morning: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
• General: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
