• Good experience working with numerous external teams to track and deliver solutions

• Coordination with customer team for the Onboarding of applications to Akeyless platform

• Creation and implementing change tickets

• Production deployment activities

• Production support activities for Akeyless including monitoring, key management, configurations etc

• Maintenance and review of Knowledge Base Articles, KOP, DLP runbook
