Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, transportation, soft services, cafeteria management, and facility maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality control.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects related to facility operations.
  
• Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  
• Oversee administrative tasks such as office administration, record keeping, and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Housekeeping Management, Cafeteria Management, Transport Management, Soft Services & Facility Operations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
