Role & responsibilities

1. Training & Teaching Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP training sessions for students and working professionals.
• Explain SAP concepts, functionalities, and business processes.
• Deliver theoretical and practical training on assigned SAP modules.
• Provide real-time project scenarios and industry-based examples.
• Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Ensure students understand each topic before moving to the next module.

2. Course Planning & Curriculum

• Prepare training schedules and lesson plans.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
• Follow the institute's prescribed syllabus and training standards.
• Update course content based on the latest SAP developments.
• Complete the syllabus within the planned duration.

3. Student Assessment & Performance

• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests.
• Evaluate students' practical knowledge and technical skills.
• Track student attendance, participation, and performance.
• Identify students who need additional support.
• Provide individual feedback and improvement suggestions.

4. Placement & Career Support

• Prepare students for SAP-related job opportunities.
• Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation.
• Help students understand SAP job roles and industry expectations.
• Coordinate with the placement team regarding student readiness.
• Support students with resume preparation and technical interview questions.

5. Student Engagement & Support

• Clarify students' doubts during and after training sessions.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
• Motivate students to complete assignments and practical exercises.
• Provide guidance on SAP certification and career development.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily training updates to management.
• Maintain attendance and student progress reports.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams.
• Report student concerns and training-related issues.
• Participate in faculty meetings and performance reviews.
