Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Performance Management and Goal Management.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules based on client requirements.
• Design and maintain Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Rating Scales, and Competency Libraries.
• Configure Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and 360-Degree Reviews.
• Manage Performance Review Cycles, Calibration Sessions, and Employee Development processes.
• Integrate PMGM with other SuccessFactors modules such as:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Succession & Development
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation
• Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot PMGM-related issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
• Conduct client workshops and stakeholder meetings.
