Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD and S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP SD processes including:
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing & Condition Technique
• Credit Management
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Returns Management
• Intercompany Sales
• Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion and transformation activities.
• Work closely with business users to optimize sales and distribution processes.
• Design and execute functional testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Manage integrations with:
• SAP MM
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP WM/EWM
• SAP TM
• SAP CRM
• SAP GTS
• Provide production support and resolve critical business issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore teams.
• Prepare project documentation, solution design documents, configuration documents, and training materials.
