• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Expertise in:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing & Condition Techniques
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Returns Processing
• Output Determination
• Intercompany Sales
• Consignment & Third-Party Sales
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and end-to-end implementation/support projects.
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and GTS.
• Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), UAT/SIT testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of master data management (Customer, Material, Pricing).
• Good understanding of IDOCs/interfaces and cross-functional integrations.
