Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience in Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Delivery
• Experience in Customer Master, Material Master, and Credit Management
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM modules
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementation/support projects
• Configuration and customization of SAP SD processes
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and user training
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP SD business processes
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business users
• Handle incident management, enhancements, and change requests
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
