Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) solutions.
• Configure and maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling modules.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production Deployment.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
• Provide functional guidance for integrations with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Controlling processes
Experience in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA
Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects
Knowledge of Financial Closing and Reporting processes
Experience with integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP modules
Strong client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Conversion or Greenfield Implementation experience
• Central Finance knowledge
• FSCM exposure
• SAP Fiori-based Finance applications
• Experience working in Agile project environments
