Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (India and/or Global Payroll)
• Expertise in Payroll Schema and Rules (PCRs)
• Hands-on experience in Payroll Functions and Operations
• Knowledge of Time Management integration with Payroll
• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Strong ABAP debugging skills for payroll issue analysis
• Experience in Wage Type configuration
• Payroll Retroactive Accounting and Off-Cycle Payroll processing
• Expertise in Payroll Reporting and statutory compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Benefits, Garnishments, Loans, and Reimbursements
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integration is preferred
• Experience with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Forms
• Knowledge of Interfaces between SAP HCM Payroll and third-party systems
• Experience in Payroll testing, UAT support, and production support
