Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently within the SLA Period

in MM.

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate

system solutions

• Expertise in MM processes & configuration: Purchasing, Inventory management, MRP planning
• Web Portal functional activities
• Knowledge in Interfaces: Idoc processing, AIF, API, RFC,PI interfaces
• Knowledge in Kanban process
• Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments
• Extended support for month end activities
• Customer interactions with good communication skill
• Documentation (User manual, Functional specification)
• Should be strong in cross functional module knowledge FI/SD/WM/PP/QM/SRM
• Should have MM/WM, SRM experience and working with the client directly
• Should have handled teams of size 10 or above
