Job Role: SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP Payroll
• Strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Extensive experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support
• Knowledge of Time Management (TM), Leave Management, and Attendance Processing
• Experience in payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll validations, statutory compliance, and taxation processes
• Experience in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes
• Hands-on experience in Employee Master Data Management and Personnel Actions
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, payroll reporting, and month-end activities
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems
• Experience in interfaces, data migration, and HR pay-related reporting
• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications
• Experience in testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll Localization and Country-Specific Payroll Processes
• Experience in SAP HCM to SuccessFactors integration projects is preferred
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is an added advantage
• Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
• SAP HCM/Payroll Certification is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments
