Walk-In Drive | SAP PP/QM Consultant

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+

We are looking for experienced SAP PP/QM Consultants with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules for exciting implementation and support projects. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA/ECC environments with strong cross-functional integration knowledge.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of SAP PP/QM experience
• Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA or ECC Implementation
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Processes, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions
• SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience
• Experience in Quality Management including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Processes, and Batch Management
• Expertise in MRP, Shop Floor Control, Demand Management, Production Orders
• Cross-functional integration with MM, SD, EWM, and WM modules
• Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Testing, UAT, and Go-Live Support
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and support activities • Configure SAP PP and QM processes as per business requirements • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations • Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities • Provide production support and process improvements
