Walk-in || Sap Business One Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP Business One (HANA) functional operations.
• Provide functional support for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP errors, transaction issues, inventory allocations, and reporting discrepancies.
• Configure approval workflows, authorizations, UDFs, validations, and system settings.
• Develop customized reports using SAP HANA SQL, Query Manager, and Crystal Reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and ERP optimization.
• Train and guide employees across departments on SAP B1.
• Coordinate with external SAP partners for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Support SAP B1 Web Client, add-ons, and integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, smooth transaction flow, and effective system controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One functional consulting or support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One on HANA.
• Good understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA SQL queries and customized reporting.
• Understanding of approval procedures, authorizations, and transaction validations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP B1 implementation and post-go-live support experience.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports, SAP B1 Web Client, and Service Layer.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing companies.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query knowledge.
• Understanding of GST and financial accounting processes.
