Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across 4 salon branches
- Follow up with branch teams and monitor staff performance
- Track sales, bookings, customer feedback and branch targets
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
- Follow up with existing customers for rebooking and services
- Coordinate social media posts, reels, stories and promotional offers
- Handle and follow up on enquiries received through social media
- Monitor salon requirements, inventory and products
- Collect daily reports from all branches and update management
- Handle customer concerns and ensure proper resolution
- Coordinate staff-related tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain regular communication with all 4 branches
