JOB DESCRIPTION - Salesforce QA

A Salesforce QA professional ensures that Salesforce applications work as intended by designing, executing, and tracking tests, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design and run test plans, scenarios, and scripts for Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in a tracking system; work with developers to fix and verify them
• Regression Testing: Confirm that changes do not break existing functionality
• Collaboration: Participate in requirement gathering, review user interfaces, and communicate test results to stakeholders
