Job Requirements

Required Skills: :

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting and email analytics
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, deliverability and engagement measurement
• Experience analyzing audiences, segments and customer engagement data
• Working knowledge of SFMC Data Extensions and SQL
• Experience with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills, especially presenting to varying levels of stakeholders.
