JOB DESCRIPTION - Salesforce Experience Cloud

Summary:
Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals, communities, and selfservice platforms to deliver branded, secure digital experiences for customers, partners, or employees

Skills & Requirements:

• Handson experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud setup and configuration
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration best practices
• Strong understanding of user experience design and branding.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Configure: Create and customize Experience Cloud sites using Salesforce tools, templates, and Experience Builder
• Integrate: Connect Salesforce data with other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and thirdparty systems
