Role & responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Define solution architecture and technical design aligned with business requirements.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects.

Salesforce Service Cloud Development

• Design and develop custom solutions using:
• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce (where applicable)
• Configure and enhance:
• Case Management
• Omni-Channel Routing
• Knowledge Base
• Entitlements & Milestones
• Service Console
• Email-to-Case
• Web-to-Case
• Live Chat / Messaging
• Service Contracts

Integration & Architecture

• Design integrations with external applications using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Services
• Platform Events
• Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
• Implement scalable and secure integration frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage CI/CD pipelines using:
• Copado
• Gearset
• Jenkins
• Azure DevOps
• Handle release management and deployment activities.
• Improve code quality through automated testing and code analysis.

Stakeholder Management

• Participate in requirement gathering and solution workshops.
• Present technical solutions to business and leadership teams.
• Provide production support and resolve critical issues.
