• Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains
• Strong technical aptitude Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking problem solving methodologies
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results Able to manage multiple priorities maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment
• Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model
• Technical Assistance to Team Drive Team to deliver as per defined Team productivity
• Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs
• Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
• Provide guidance on user story writing style
• Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments Where appropriate this could include deploying changes
• Review solutions and recommending improvements
• Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
• Reviews functional design for initiatives and lead defining dev standards and best practices
