Technical Leadership

• Lead Salesforce CMD/Data Cloud solution design and implementation.
• Drive architecture discussions and recommend scalable solutions.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects.

Salesforce CMD Development

• Design and develop solutions using:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs
• Configure and implement:
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Customer 360
• Audience Segmentation
• Identity Resolution
• Data Harmonization
• Unified Customer Profiles

Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Integrate Data Cloud with:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Build customer journeys and audience activation strategies.
• Support campaign execution and customer analytics initiatives.
• Enable real-time personalization and customer insights.

Integration & Data Management

• Design integrations with enterprise applications using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• MuleSoft
• ETL/Data Integration Tools
• Implement data ingestion and transformation frameworks.
• Manage large-scale customer data migrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
