Walk-in || Sales Trainer

Role & responsibilities

* On-the-Job Training (OJT): Conduct active On-the-Job Training during branch visits to provide practical, real-time coaching to candidates.

* Productivity Metric: Drive and monitor new hire productivity to ensure fast onboarding and active sales output.

* Training: Train sales executives on credit cards and premium banking products.

* Branch Connect: Regularly visit assigned bank branches to sync with teams and candidates.

* Field Mobility: Must be Field-Ready to travel to designated market territories and branches .

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduation is Mandatory (Any stream)

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Presentations is MUST (For data tracking, reporting, and delivering training modules ).

Experience: Minimum 1+ Years of experience as a Sales Trainer.

Age Limit: 21 to 34 Years

Skills: Strong communication, coaching abilities, and deep product knowledge.
