Walk-in || Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, references, and other channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist the team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
• Guide team members in negotiations, objection handling, and closing deals.
