Walk-in || Sales Representative

Role & Responsibilities -

• Sales Target Achievement - Achievement of monthly sales targets in value and volume (litres/kg)
• Market Coverage & Beat Plan - Daily outlet visits, productive calls, and adherence to assigned beat plan
• New Outlet Development - Opening new retail outlets, dairy shops, general trade outlets, and institutional customers
• Product Availability & Distribution - Ensuring availability of milk, curd, paneer, chaanch, and other assigned products
• Order Booking & Billing - Daily order generation, conversion of orders into invoices, and order fulfilment coordination
• Collections & Outstanding Control - Timely collection of payments and control of overdue outstanding amounts
• Retailer Relationship Management - Retailer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and retention of existing outlets
• Visibility & Product Promotion - Display compliance, promotional activity execution, and communication of schemes
• Reporting & Sales Discipline - Timely submission of daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor information
• Product Handling & Quality - Compliance with cold-chain requirements, FIFO/FEFO, expiry monitoring, and reduction of product returns
