Walk-in || Sales & Proposals

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, EPC Projects, Steam Turbines, Rotating Equipment, or Heavy Engineering Industries.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities - Sales

• Inquiry generation and order booking.
• Customer engagement with EPCs, Consultants, OEMs, and End Users.
• Techno-commercial discussions and proposal coordination.
• Commercial negotiations and order closure.
• Project handover and customer relationship management.
• Market development and prequalification activities.

Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities - Proposals:

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle from Bid to Execution.
• Review RFQs, define technical scope, and prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Design, and Sales teams.
• Cost estimation, risk assessment, proposal review, and customer clarifications.
• Contract handover and proposal process improvement initiatives.
