Walk-in || Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate HL/LAP business through field sourcing and direct customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, DSTs, connectors, brokers, and referral partners.
• Identify potential customers and conduct sales meetings.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of customer documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for loan processing.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and company compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong field sales and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of HL/LAP products preferred.
• Target-oriented and self-driven

Experience: 1-4 Years in HL/LAP/Mortgage/Banking Sales/NBFC
