Walk-in || Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities-

• Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers and retail partners
• Explore untapped markets and new business opportunities
• Generate orders and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Conduct regular market visits and expand retail presence
• Identify competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements
• Follow up with prospective parties and convert them into business partners
• Ensure healthy secondary sales and market penetration
• Share regular market feedback and sales reports with management

What We Are Looking For-

• 14 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Distribution / Business Development preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Strong ability to generate leads, open new accounts and close business
• Candidates with existing FMCG distributor/retailer networks will be preferred
