Position: Sales officer

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities -:

• Attend walk-in, online and referral customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance and insurance options.
• Generate leads through follow-ups, calls, referrals and local marketing activities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Achieve monthly booking, retail and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until conversion.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM/customer records and daily sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility -:

• Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM preferred.
• Presentable, energetic and target-oriented personality.

Employees are expected to consistently achieve assigned monthly leads, bookings, retail and revenue targets, maintain proper follow-up and deliver high standards of customer service.

Salary & Performance Expectations -:

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + attractive incentives, depending on experience, skills and performance.
