Walk-in || Sales/Marketing/Business Development- Manager/Asst.Manager/Executives

Role & responsibilities

• Drive domestic sales and business development for defence and ballistic products.
• Manage sales targets, leads, customer relationships, and institutional business.
• Identify and participate in government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and procurement opportunities.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations, bids, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, exhibitions, and customer evaluations.
• Liaise with Indian Army, paramilitary, police, government agencies, and institutional buyers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, product development, technical, and demo teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support product promotion, branding, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate sales/marketing teams and monitor performance against targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, customer records, and timely follow-ups.
• Support specialized product domains such as UAV, ammunition, and ballistic protection systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Defence / Ballistic / Security Equipment / B2B Sales preferred.
• Strong exposure to Government Sales, Tenders, RFP/RFQ and Procurement.
• Experience dealing with Army, Paramilitary, Police or Government customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Ballistic Products / NIJ-BIS standards is an advantage.
• Team management and field/demo experience preferred.
• MBA/PGDM Marketing preferred for senior roles.
• Defence background / JCO or Subedar Major preferred for Demo & Evaluation roles.
