Walk-in || Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train new insurance sales agents
• Provide guidance, strategies and ideas to sales team to help them reach their sales targets
• Monitor the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole to ensure sales targets are met
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all insurance products and services offered by the company
• Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers
• Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and present to senior management
• Coordinate and manage the sales teams schedule, appointments and meetings
• Ensure all sales practices are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
