Walk-in || Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales manager with a strong background in the logistics and courier sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth, along with deep knowledge of logistics and courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Identify and acquire new clients in the courier and logistics domain.

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to deliver results.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.

Willingness to travel as required.
