Walk-in || Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, digital leads, and field activities.
• Handle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable property/project options.
• Conduct regular client meetings and arrange property/site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Handle negotiations, resolve customer queries, and support the closure of sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, payment, and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and local real estate developments.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, property sales, direct sales, or field sales.
• Candidates with a proven track record in achieving sales targets will be preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field/site visits.
• Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Own vehicle is mandatory for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
