We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Personal Loan to drive business growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and achieve assigned sales targets. The role involves team management, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
• Achieve personal loan sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of personal loan products and sales processes.
• Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
