Walk-in || Sales- HVAC

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma companies, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Promote HVAC solutions for pharmaceutical facilities, including cleanrooms, AHUs, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries from pharmaceutical clients.
• Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and project teams to provide suitable HVAC solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients, sales pipelines, and ongoing project opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC Sales / Technical Sales
  • Strong experience in Pharma projects and Cleanroom HVAC systems
  • Good understanding of AHUs, Chillers, Ventilation & HVAC solutions
  • Strong Pharma industry connections and client network
  • Experience in business development, lead generation & client handling
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits
