Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales and property dealing. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a strong understanding of real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential buyers for real estate projects.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and property features to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
