• Address customer queries and objections effectively to drive closures.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company guidelines during all interactions.
• Monitor and maintain the login-to-issuance conversion ratio.
• Update and maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth issuance and onboarding processes.
• Ensure ethical selling practices and prevent instances of mis-selling.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
