Job Role: Personal Loan Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in personal loans.
2. Contact customers through phone calls and explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
3. Convince customers to apply for personal loans and guide them through the application process.
4. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
5. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
6. Follow up with customers regularly and achieve assigned sales targets.
7. Maintain customer details, lead records, and daily sales reports in Excel.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of personal loans and banking products.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in personal loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Work Type: Office-based / Desk Job.
• Language: Hindi Mandatory
