TaxCrafted Solutions is a fast-growing pan-India compliance services company. We help entrepreneurs and businesses with Company Incorporation, GST Registration, FSSAI License, Trademark Registration, ISO Certification and annual compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound leads from WhatsApp and digital campaigns
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right service or package
• Explain pricing, process and required documents clearly, then close the sale
• Update lead status, follow-ups and conversions in the company CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Hand over closed clients smoothly to the operations team
• Cross-sell related services such as GST, Trademark, FSSAI and digital marketing

Requirements

• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Confident on calls and comfortable working with targets
• Experience in tele-sales, inside sales or service sales is a plus
• Knowledge of GST, company registration or compliance is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with WhatsApp Business
