About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-orientated Tele Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our wellness and detox programmes, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to online and offline leads.
• Dial approximately 350 calls/day with 4 hours of actual talk time and 9 hours of login time.
• Explain wellness and detox programmes using defined scripts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable handling rejection and achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong sales mindset with a desire to earn through performance-based incentives.

Salary & Incentives

• CTC: 2.04 LPA to 5.39 LPA, based on experience, skills, and previous records.
• Attractive performance-based incentives.
• Incentives start from achieving 60% of the basic monthly target.
• PF, PT and TDS deductions as applicable.
• Gratuity included as part of CTC.

Training & Growth

• The first month includes structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) covering product, process and science-based training.
• Candidates must clear assessments, mock calls and practical calling tests.
