Job Summary

RockAutoTec is looking for confident and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executives to join our Auto Parts Sales & Customer Support team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, understanding their auto-parts requirements, identifying suitable parts, providing pricing and availability information, and converting qualified customer inquiries into orders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to confidently communicate with US customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding auto parts.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with American customers.
• Understand customer requirements and vehicle details.
• Collect and verify:
• Year Make Model Engine
• VIN
• Required part
• Understand customer budgets and requirements.
• Coordinate with the sourcing team to check part availability, compatibility and pricing.
• Present suitable part options to customers.
• Handle customer questions, objections and concerns.
• Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Provide accurate order and product information.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and orders.
• Follow company procedures for order confirmation and customer communication.
• Provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate with US customers.
• Comfortable handling phone conversations for extended periods.
• Good customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
• Willingness to work US night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an international BPO or US calling process.
• Experience in inbound sales or customer support.
• Experience dealing with US customers.
• Previous experience in auto parts, automotive sales or e-commerce.
• Basic knowledge of cars and auto parts.

Freshers can apply if they have excellent English communication skills and confidence in handling phone conversations. Training will be provided for the auto-parts process.

Compensation

20,000 35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Final salary will depend on the candidate's communication skills, experience and overall suitability for the role.
